Computer Vision in Python!

Added new features, upgraded hand detection and virtual mouse capacity, its coming through

Happy to say that its going smoothly for now, I am making an environnement where hands are king, capable of doing anything through computer vision, i’ll post screenshots and gifs soon demonstrating all of that (once im presentable to a camera)
