Random Number Guesser Game

Never coded before, so I am trying out python for the first time. Created a game based upon trying to guess a number. There are various difficulties that one can try out as well as a timer to see how fast you were able to guess. I am attempting to add a hint system but still need to work on that. I am currently 2 hours in and any input on how to learn coding languages would be greatly appreciated.
