FocusPulse is a smart break reminder that helps people manage screen fatigue during studying, gaming, coding, reading, and other online work. It tracks session time, adjusts warning levels as fatigue builds, and recommends short recovery exercises such as breathing resets, stretches, and the 20-20-20 eye rule.

I updated the URL using Vercel because it stopped working. Vercel was very glitchy and it took me a while to fix

I made FocusPulse, a screen-fatigue break assistant that helps students, gamers, and people working online know when to rest. It tracks session time, shows green/yellow/red focus warnings, and recommends quick recovery exercises like breathing, stretching, and the 20-20-20 eye rule. The hardest part was making the settings, demo mode, and break timers work smoothly. I’m proud that it feels useful, easy to understand, and ready to test in the browser.

I worked on adding an information page and finetuning the pulse page so that errors wouldn’t happen and it wouldn’t crash upon use.
