NLP driven process to identify different research gap topics in common academic literature. Scrapes hundreds of thousands of research papers, and analyzes sentiment in abstracts to identify topics requiring further research (currently focused in space biology, but planning to expand). Demo includes my findings, while github url includes code that can be used to generate your own findings in the future.
