Finished main page, added navigation bar, and added pages for hobbies. After aligning the Fun Facts section to be more like the Current News section, I added a navigation bar to make it easier to go to each section. This also had the added benefit of acting like a “Go Back” button for each of the hobby pages. For each of the hobby pages, I updated the navigation bar based on the content of the page and used flexbox and nested divs to align the content to the left with a margin on the sides of the page. I also updated the thumbnail for the Art page to be one of my artworks, instead of the placeholder Mandelbrot image.

Added basic UI and styling to main page. I turned the name into a title and put my description in a box to make the first section look cleaner. Inspired by some other designs, I also reorganized the fun facts into separate boxes with some icons next to them. For the Current News section, I made the background a newspaper texture, but I plan on changing it later on. For the Projects and Other Hobbies sections, I made clickable icons with titles underneath. In the Other Hobbies section, I made a horizontal scrolling bar, inspired by a few HackClub event pages. I also made the icons show a different color box shadow when hovering!

Coded basic layout of website. Originally, I had the Hobbies section before the Projects section, but I couldn’t decide what to count in Projects and whether to split up the Projects section into more subsections. Instead, I decided to just put my HackClub projects in the Projects section first and then put the rest under Other Hobbies.
