Built and wired the desktop window manager, taskbar dock, and 10 built-in webOS apps (Files, Notes, Terminal, Paint, Settings, Clock with stopwatch, Text Editor, WebAudio synth, System Monitor, and About). Added window focus z-index stacking, drag/resize bounds clamping, and localStorage persistence so notes and virtual files survive reloads.
