A personal website!
A personal website!
For my final devlog I put in some Javascript waves! The main page is styled like the ocean, while the sub pages are styles like the shore!
This is made with the magic known as SVG’s and Javascript! An SVG is a picture made with math, and I use Javascript to update that math and make a pretty wave!
#Conclusion
Overall I am very pleased with how the site turned out! It is lacking content, but it has a nice frame for me to build on later. I wish I had more time to work on it before submitting, but oh well.
I did some work on the Shiny Hunter specific page!
I put in pictures for the process and I think I did a rather nice job designing it. It shows off the key components of the shiny hunter itself!
The next things I want to work on is putting in a video tutorial of how to make your own, but I need to finish the shiny hunter first.
Till next time!
I put in some pictures and started working on the item specific pages!
I put a picture for the shiny hunter in so now it catches your eye better. I also started working on the project specific pages, but it still needs some work.
I plan to redo the whole ocean theme I got going on later when I learn more about javascript, but this is it for now.
I will also be putting content for the shiny hunter on this page eventually, but I felt like sharing my current stuff.
I designed the home page!
In this devlog I designed the main layout of the homepage and how I want to style it. Because my mascot is an axolotl, I decided to go with an ocean vibe for the thing! I’ll spice up this area later with pictures, bubbles, and moving things later, but this is it for now!
Overall I’m pretty pleased with it and had a good learning experience.
Moving forward, I want to start working on some games for the site! These will be fully made in HTML, CSS, and Javascript, so I’m interested to see what I can do!
