What did I do?

• Resized PCB 3v to allow sensor to be in centre
• Started Production on shell v3

Note to reviewer. I submitted this because I need funding to complete the project. But it got denied because I haven’t finished. A catch-22 situation has been created and idk what I can even do about it. Thanks.

• Updated PCB v2 and v3 to increase size of lens cutout for easier installation
• Updated Readme and BOM to accommodate v2 and v3
