i was supposed to work on smthin else, but saw my friend do this so i decided to implement it on my own site!

it took this long mainly because its a very new feature and not really documented. luckily, my friend gave me docs (which will be merged upstream) and i was able to implement this early :D. regardless it was still pretty buggy

• added discord embed component info using same data as the main site content

smol update but i randomly had a thought last night before sleeping to add this so im adding it :D

• added rolling titles in the background based of the roles i put in

i believe this shouldve been more time, because wakatime randomly stopped tracking time which shouldve been like 15-25 mins but whatever.

now that its the weekend, im gonna cram as much hours i can get as this is still exam week.

• added background elements: idle rotating stars!
• made the stars turn into arrows when hovering over interactive elements / links
• added svelte page transitions for the conditional/fetching elements
• tweaked music player progress bar
• added a credit section for assets used and design inspiration
• changed timezone text display for same timezone offsets
• moved code duplication for styles and transitions to classes and central lib functions

aight i have an exam tomorrow so prob not the best time to be working, but whatever.

im gonna add some finishing details from now on as well as improve based of last ship’s feedback

• changed hackclub role (im organizing haven in my city :D)
• added more audios to be randomly played
• made song playback persist between pages
• keep player notif open showing playback bar and play/pause button
• tweak pages gaps and paddings
• displayed webring name instead of “info?”
• changed main quote hehe

exams are coming soon but i really need these hours.

anyways, all pages should be completed by now. im gonna deploy and ship soon

im not joking when i say im burnt out from school. the only thing thats keeping me driving for coding is stardance and the certificate (prob the shop items too but the cert is more important for me).

anyways i didnt have much energy this past week but i tried and well ig i managed to do somethin

• extra padding fixes for main site

havent worked on project showcase nor blog posts pages yet because i need to finish my blog first and figure out how to get git repos from forgejo api

admittedly working on existing projects is much easier than starting from scratch. ill be working on my personal website whenever i get burnt out from other stuff (especially chess programming)

anyways i didnt really remember much on what i did because i thought i wouldnt end up working for hours and didnt think it wouldve been worth it to submit for stardance. well turns out i accumulated a lot of hours logged but no memory on what i did so heres my best recall on what i did:

• added dotted background grid
• slimmer card body
• made a card class for a more unified design
• added support for more than 1 webrings
• tweaked webring design and functions
• replaced links with website pages
• made a WIP component for empty pages
• made 3 pages: guestbook, posts, and project showcase
