i think the main challenge for stardance on my side is that my school hosts way too much programs thats required for every student to join. but whatever

so mostly focused on improving the register repo and docs experience as i feel like the website is established and complete at this point.

i am still learning the bun/jest api on writing test code so this may not be perfect, but its a start!

• made a wrapper function for looping through subdomain files using callbacks and bun fs api
• improve regex checks for ipv4, ipv6, and fqdns based on ajv-formats npm package (regex is copied pasted from source code rather than installing the package directly as that introduces bloat and dependency management)
• slight fixed to tests handling promises (still rather broken but ill fix that later)
• add new constants for looping though records
• made a helper function to read subdomain file and parse the json. both using bun fs api
• update all test fail messages to print file paths for easy tracing
• new test to check schema structure and record values using ip and domain regexes

barely worked on this project for that long but anyways:

• made a helper function for generating dates in yyyy-mm-dd format for hackatime
• made a function to fetch hackatime tracked projects based of date offset provided

data isnt used for visuals yet. all the creds are fetched from local storage

this took a while, mainly because im not really into implementing auth for web apps. mostly only ever made static sites with little to no oauth. main challenge being pocketbase authstore handling. luckily copilot got my back and fixed things

currently i havent really used my skill into good use for my education life. so this is gonna be an opportunity to make something i would actually use constantly.

current selection of selfhosted mind mapping software is pretty buggy, outdated, and usually just doesnt give me all the features i need. hence this is gonna be a “fine, ill do it myself” attempt.
