At first, I created a UI using standard Button nodes and tried to assign images using level data. However, I ran into multiple issues where:
• Images were not appearing at all
• Buttons were scaling too large inside the GridContainer
• Size settings like custom_minimum_size were being ignored
• Some invalid properties (like icon_max_width) caused errors
After debugging, I found that I could overrides manual sizing along size flags are properly configured. Now the level select system successfully generates buttons dynamically from an array of level data, including:
• Level name
• Level image icon
• Locked/unlocked state
• Scene loading when clicked
and made a new level
working on finishing touches and my hack time broke yaaaaaaaa
i loki forgot to make a devlog yesterday i fixed the guns had a midlife crisis about whare i want to go with the game next added objectives and recoded the enimy and player and now im going to take a nap
made new light system added FPS multiplayer template multIplayer and they’re back no oh god noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo not again
made animation for enemy and rewrote entire code because gdot decided it wanted me to
i fixed the guns and the enemy cus he stoped working
trying to fix what ever the fuck this shit is no luck so far
