Version V4 is live. The major feature in this version is Cursor Inactivity Pause — automatically pauses the timer after five minutes of cursor inactivity and resumes when you move the cursor again. So guys, Try it and always StandTall

Previously, there was a bug of multiple instances running, now it is solved and new features have been added
NEW FEATURES
1, Break Nudges — Full-screen overlay during eye breaks with countdown + Dismiss button. Toggle on/off in Settings.
2, Statistics Dashboard — Tracks stands and eye breaks per day. View today’s totals, all-time totals, and a 7-day bar chart.
3, Tray Tooltip — Hover the tray icon to see remaining time until next stand and eye break (Stand↑ Xm Eye Ym).
4, Auto-Update Check — “Check for Updates” button in Settings queries GitHub releases and notifies you when a newer version is available.

1, Download the zip file from the assets 2, Unzip it 3, Open the exe file 4, It does not show any windows at first; look at the system tray and right-click the application, then select Settings 5, Done. Now you can adjust the remainder
