CAD for Mouse and prototype.
- CAD for Mouse
- Simple casing for the magnet to go in
- Compliant mechanism to work as a click
- Prototype
- Prototyped on breadboard
- Successfully connected 3 SS49E sensors to each of the analog input in the pico
I finished the PCB and case design. I kept the case simple since it is just supposed to function as a mouse pad.
I had to fix the footprint for the hall effect sensor (SS49E) because it was designed to have the pads too close to each other for manufacturing.
In the process I had to reroute the copper to accommodate the new footprint.
I finished the casing and programmed the firmware
I worked on the PCB design after fixing the symbol for the hall effect sensor.
Trying to make a stand for the macropad!
I’m recreating the common 3D printed phone stands and integrate it into my macropad so it can be at an angle. (Sort of like a streamdeck)
