Changes

• More readable errors from SQL.
• Regeneration function added for all built-in values.
• Fixed regeneration function.
• Added a purge option.
• Fixed a need for a database even if the memory database was used.
• Fixed adding and removing cars from the SQL database.
• Added an option to disable debug info from the SQL database.
• Fixed proxy for normal API calls (fixed the refresh function, conversion, and get item).
• Added a refresh configuration (it can refresh always or only when data changes).
• Fixed pytest.
• Easter egg look for it WIP

Columns

I changed from using a column containing JSON to a column for every attribute.

Pluses:

• You can easily edit data in database software or using SQL commands.

But:

• The app was designed around dictionaries, so it needs all of the columns always. So that’s something to do in the future.
• It doesn’t fit on my screen in phpMyAdmin 😂

Testing

I added pytest for required proxy functions (only the main database).

The additional database

I found that the working additional database worked because I forgot to change it in different files, so it still used the dictionary to store data.
A first version of the fix is there, but wait for an better one.

TODO

• force the pytest to use dict for most tests
• update docs
• finish easter egg
• finish the additional database for SQL
• add more pytests
• misc helpful pages? I’m still thinking
