Base Converter

Base Converter allows users to turn values in base-2, base-8, base-10, base-12, and base-16 into other bases. For those who are unfamiliar, base-2 means binary and people usually use base-10.

I made the basic structure of the code (detecting whether it’s a valid input, calculating value in base-10 of the input, finding how much that is in the new base, etc.) and am now able to test-run the code. I’d need a lot of debugging work now…
