A smart open-source tool with Python which is running in backgroud and organize automatic the Downloads folder

Add suppourt for custom rules and organization not only for extension, from now rules can also organize files if startwith or contains a word based on users custom rules
From now Py-Watchdog Smart Folder Automation Hub can track and organize downloads and desktop folders. Can also run in backhround. Finaly it write his actions in log file!!!
