I have made the html page, with links and c++ script. Now I will work on the css to make the web page “lookable at”

Implemented the complete index averaging engine. Added cap limiters (soft and hard cap). Built the CLI driver and JSON exporter. Validated index outputs againt official 20 round benchmark, logging selected scoring differentials and cap trigger states. It seems to have some bugs I will work on later

Implemented the world handicap system differential formulas and added the world handicap system sliding scale matrix determining the exact count of lowest differentials used base on total registered scoring records. Incorpored 113 standard slope baseline

Initialized the FairwayIndex repository. Defined standard world handicap system domain models, including course rating, slope, adjusted gross score and 9 or 18 hole round configurations with playing conditions calculation support
