My personal WebOS that I build to learn Web Basics

GingGong OS, A really weird name I must admit. This is a WebOS that I build to learn about HTML, CSS and JS. It has been great building this thing. I got to learn All the basics. I had fun seeing my idea coming to life after around a 5 hour grind.

I think I’ll continue to work on this project and make it even more polished.

Did some final tweaks here:

Added a hover effect in the taskbar apps
Added the feature to resize Windows
Added Storage, so your todo’s don’t get lost when you reload the page

Kind of did almost everything in this build:

Added movable Windows
Added Three new apps, To-do App, Notepad app and Image Viewer App
Added a cool looking clock in the middle

Devlog #1

Today I worked out the basics. Setting up the project actually took a while as I am new to this. Then I placed a Background, Added a taskbar with placeholder logo (Yes, I love godot) for the windows button.

Future plans: adding movable windows
