Ever get lost at school? 😵‍💫

Walking through unfamiliar corridors, trying to find the right classroom, or wondering where you’re supposed to go next can be confusing. That’s why KSYKMaps was created.

KSYKMaps is a student-created navigation app designed to help students and visitors find their way around Kulosaaren Yhteiskoulu. It makes finding classrooms and navigating the school easier — so you can spend less time being lost and more time getting where you need to be.

Created by Juuso Kaikula, KSYKMaps started from a simple idea: what if navigating a school could be as easy as using a map?

KSYKMaps — helping you find your way.

I made KSYK Maps, a navigation app designed for Kulosaaren Yhteiskoulu in Helsinki, Finland.

The idea is simple: ever get lost at school or not know where your next lesson is? KSYK Maps helps students and guests find their classrooms and navigate around the school using an interactive map.

The project includes:

Interactive school maps
Classroom and room information
Schedule integration
Navigation between rooms
Android app
Admin tools
Analytics and error logging
Finnish and English support.
