I built A alarm clock which can hopefully wake me up in time for school.....
Thanks for getting that assembly fixed! I just see one pretty major issue with your CAD, One of your pcb pillars is in the way of the display connector, so there wouldn't be any way to plug the display in. Other than that looks good though.
I got my funding request so I redesigned the onshape files and updated the github again!
Thanks for uploading the top and bottom parts, but I need the entire .step assembly file with the proper parts. Also I think you have the opposite problem now, in your top plate step file, the letters are seperate bodies
Received a my funding request back because my top and bottom stl files were not separated and they were just kinda copied so i fixed that and also updated the GitHub! Also made the text appear rainbow lol.
Hey! I'm sending this back because I think you made a mistake with your CAD, all your cad files are just the same part, like the topplate and case and everything are merged into one part, make sure you go through your cad and seperate those and the display, I think that might've gotten merged too. I'd also recommend you include your pcb with your .step assembly export, it's really helpful for understanding how your project works. Other than that this looks good to me. Thanks!
Guys today i finished coding my alarm clocks firmware and very excited to just modify the git hub and then submit it for the parts
Guys I am pleased to announce that I am finally done with modelling of my Alarm Clock. I have to accept that this was indeed very hard and took me multiple weeks and it was a fun and frustrating at the same time working in this modelling project.
I am trying my best to layout the PCB to the top plane and this seems impossible i have been trying many different ways, referring many sources but its still not working out i have to find some help to solve this but I am making progress
I am starting to design my Alarm clocks case on Cad Onshape and its very difficult and time taking and I am keep looking the guide for hours and doing stuff inch by inch the rotation and alignment its very hard but I still made so much progress today
I finally exported my PCB in the possible file ways the guide told me to and now i am excited to start Cad designing my Alarm
I wired all the parts and now i am going to design it and make it colourful!!
I designed my First ever PCB and i am really exicted on making this project come to life. Designing a PCB is look so cool and adventurous I had a few problems at start because the Ui of the app is not very clear but after many trial and error I finally manged to move forward
