I’m thinking of creating a script called ‘Django Servator’.
Basically, as soon as you run it, it will ask for the project name and app name…
It will set up the templates and static folders (along with their subfolders) for you:
Static: images, CSS, JS
Templates: main, component, base.html
Inside the ‘component’ folder, it will create files like navbar.html and footer.html.
It will tweak basic Django settings and download necessary tools—if you specify which Python tools you need, it will handle the installation instantly…
It will create a .env file in the root directory…
It will add the .env file to .gitignore…
Everything done in just three or four clicks…
