Hi! This project looks great but you should do some changes to the BOM. Shipping should be a lot cheaper if you use Global standard direct shipping, and NFC tags should also be a lot cheaper, somewhere close to 1-2 dollars, from LCSC, so you should be able to fit within 25 dollars.
