Final devlog before first ship!

• I translated the whole thing to Hungarian because the environment that it will be used in required it!
• I implemented a money usage transaction
• I also implemented editing of transactions for both users and admins, admins can edit transaction anytime, users can only edit transactions the hour after it was made!
• QR support was also implemented, these can be printed out and when scanned they bring the user right to the correct pool for quick transactions
