The Slack bot that powers #stardance-help, and many other Slack support channels! @Heidi the Astronaut on Slack
a lot of stuff has been done! notably:
- We now have API keys that let you access message content on the API! (see below)
- Give credit to the last responder (not the resolver) on recently-active threads
- Enforce type checks with Pyright
- Category tags v2: Now editable and assigned using a desicion model (Jev)!
I had the idea of dynamically updating the topic in the team channel to include the number of open tickets!
And then I scrapped that idea because I realised it would spam the channel with these messages…
Added a new transcript to make Nephthys work for Stardance!
