a macropad with osu keys,and the 10 keys useing the XPPen ACK05 as reffrence
ill also add an oled that will show audio details and whatnot, just without the rotary
tinkered with the matrix to get the numbers
okay so i started on the frimware since i wanted to be through, thank god i did, with that i worked on the wireing so it will be easier to code, and i think i gotta program all the buttons and whatnot in manually, so i wrote down all the pins to their rows and coloums and jotted the martix down too
well, since i removed my rotary, i had to change the case a lil. also added a star where it was, because its a star and this is stardance
soo i was doing the leds, then i realised its makeing a mess of the wires, and honestly i was doing too much, so i just removed them , im gonna stick to a pure macropad without much, i think its for the better like this, image on the bottom right is a moths face btw
so as i said in the comment, i kinda just learnt that you cant post devlogs after finishing everything, so ill be using it for this,
so basically i decided, i dont really need the rotary? and i didnt have the pins to make it a clicky rotary, so i swaped it for leds, pretty neat huh? that aside i got to work, and decided to clean up the wireingt too a lil, so i went back to the schem a lil
sooo ive been makeing a macropad as you see, and i kinda just followed the guide, used the image there as reff and went as it took me, and ive gone this far till now. for this macropad, i actually used the XPPen ACK05 as reffrence for how to place the buttons, since ive always wanted one of these, and then i added osu keys on the bottom too as kid me when i was into it always desperatly wanted one and since i saw the grant had space for it i could, and did add it to my pad, i also made little windows i to see and make space for the xaio and the diodes, as they looked kinda cool in the image, and i can leavve it open or use transparent tape under it to cover it, i personally think itll look fine. i think thats it for this? im not really much of a talker and i feel if i explain my doing in the lapse itll be kinda redundent? also i did kinda mess a lot of things up here so i deleted and remade a LOT of it. im kinda happy with it now though!
