Created a discord bot that has commands to monitor the game nad stuff

Buffed factory, buffed autospawner, buffed annhilator, nerfed constructor, buffed rammer class, nerfed barricade, buffed streamliner, buffed penta shot, buffed triplet, buffed nailgun, nerfed conqueror (etc look at discord)
FIXED TWO HUNDRED AND NINETY EIGHT BUGS (Yes, THAT many bugs accross all the commits)
Added a working raid timer

Made banked gems stay accross sessions
Added new ability rock barrage which spawns 10 rocks and destroys thigsn in the way
