Devlog 3: Coding the Cute OLED Eye Animations & Serial Control

today I finished writing the Arduino code for the Eyes animation on the OLED Screen it uses the U8g2 library and has some super Cute animations like Blinking waking up sleeping looking Around with rapid saccades and looking Left and right with cartoon Perspective scaling where one eye gets Bigger I also added a Serial command controller so I can Trigger specific animations by sending Commands like A6 for Happy eyes and A7 for Sleep over Serial communication everything is working Super smooth and the Display looks absolutely Adorable now that the Eyes are fully alive and responding to serial Triggers

Devlog 2: Soldering the Perfboard Chassis & Ready to Code

today I Soldered all the components onto a neat custom perfboard layout making the hardware super secure and Compact mounted the Xiao ESP32C6 on header sockets and aligned the OLED screen below it with the MPU6050 sensor soldered securely right next to the main processor board Everything is wired up perfectly with solid solder connections on the back and the device is fully powered up and ready for writing the Arduino code to map the real time telemetry data to the screen

📝 Devlog #1: Digging Up the Old Hardware & Starting Desai Mocha

today I dug up some of my Old hardware sensors and Decided to make a Desai Mocha project with them I found an old Seeed Studio Xiao esp32c6 controller a small Oled display and an Mpu6050 accelerometer gyro sensor just Lying around Spent about 2 hours Configuring the pinouts and Getting the basic hardware Connected together so we can read sensor data and Display it live on the screen everything Compiles perfectly and the next Step is writing the custom software to map the movement telemetry to the display screen in Real time
