Ship #1
I built a fully deployed custom new tab page for the "Give Your Website a Pulse" mission. It has a clock, live weather updates via the Open Meteo API, Google Search, and shortcuts. Everything is run through a Chrome Extension I found in the webstore, but I am thinking about building my own as a new project.

I have two repo secrets as well - latitude and longitude to serve as fallbacks for my open meteo api implementation

Devlog #2: Custom New Tab v1
I followed the guide and did my js + css styling. for my background, i just took the one that i use normally in google. For my shortcuts, i took svgs from online and used them as icons. I also decided to implement a weather thing on the top right, which will use an api to show the current weather in my location. still need to find and pick an api to use
