Work Done:

• Removed the concept of large app cards from the design.
• Redesigned the navigation flow so apps will launch directly from the home screen dock.
• Researched cherry-inspired dock designs and began planning the implementation for the next development session.

Challenges:

• The apps section looked disconnected from the home screen, making the overall UI feel inconsistent.
• Needed to redesign the layout without losing the existing app functionality.

Progress:

• Decided to replace the separate apps section with a floating dock integrated into the home page.
• Finalized the list of apps for the dock: Personal Info, Terminal, Pixel Colour, Music, Calculator, Screentime, and Notetaker.
• Planned a cherry-inspired dock to create a more cohesive desktop experience.
