Creating a macropad from the hackpad mission
this macropad is so cool, just one thing before i accept it. please make your bom better and add it to your repo. you can kinda base it off of the parts here https://hackpad.hackclub.com/parts, but only include the parts that you are using.
great work on this, and thanks for doing the changes ! one last thing - your README says your hackpad uses qmk, but your firmware folder and final file are tweaking a lil bit - the final file is supposed to be a .uf2 and idk what ur firmware folder is doing lol
this macropad is simple and clean, i like it ! u still need a quick fix tho :
your production folder is missing a few files - it needs :
1) a gerbers.zip file (u have this)
2) a .step file for every INDIVIDUAL part of ur Case that needs to be 3d printed - not an assembly file !!!
3) your final (compiled) firmware file !
great work on this, but you need to redesign your case, or post better pics , cause i cant properly understand how things fit together ! - rn it just looks like a solid grey brick, expecially in the last photo of the README. Try changing the color of one part as opposed to both of them being grey :D
Finished creating the case took a while
Finished creating the PCB design where you draw the schematic, route the pcb, and define the edges on Kicad. Finished part of the case design at the part where you create the bottom and the plate on Fusion360. Unfortantuely I got stuck at adding mounting holes so I paused and will try to figure it out later I got confused many times trying to use fusion360 but hopefully I will get better at it
