Hi! You are still missing a gerbers.zip, and you still need to split the case into two parts in the production folder.

Hi! Your project lookss great and the 3d render is beautiful. However, you still do not have everything that yoou need in the production folder. First, you have to export a gerber.zip from kicad. You can do this by going to file>fabrication outputs>gerbers, then upload tht azip to the production folder. You also need to seperate your case into two parts, and put both parts in the production folder. Finally, yoou need your main.py firmware in this folder as well as in the firmware folder. You can remove the assembled and pcb files from the production folder.

Great work on this, but you need to fix your repo organization, specifically your Production folder ! It doesnt need your KiCad files - you need :

1) a gerbers.zip file
2) a .step file for each individual part of your hackpad/case that needs to be 3d printed
3) your final (compiled) firmware file !

Very nice design on the macropad, but you dont have a production folder yet ! you need to add this (check the guide) and resubmit.
