This is the second ship of my personal portfolio with button to popup animations working on desktop and mobile, projects page, status dot linked to uptime kuma api and a carbon background.

Even though this project took more than it should I learned a lot and I am happy with how this project turned out. Main challanges for me were the animations and uptime kuma api.

Devlog #5

The mobile UI is now fully usable although it depends on what screen you have but most phones are all right.
The project is ready for a v2 ship with the new status dot, fully working mobile UI and some other small changes

Everything now finished on rakon.qzz.io

Devlog #4 - time for edits for second ship

So because some people said that adding a back button to the projects page would be good so I added it
100% revolutionary feature - status dot, all it does is react to my uptime kuma API and show the status of my services.

This took me too long to get it working because of CORS of all things but that is all fixed

Selfhosted portfolio website for my projects, links and about me. To open any info the button expands into a popup windows with all the text. The animation was probably the hardest thing on this entire project. Then on /projects there is a list of all my projects with links to github. There are still things to improve but this is a finalised version of my website.

possibly rewrite in react (if I have spare time)

the entire website is done along side the projects page
/projects now shows all my projects I have done
everything is deployed on rakon.qzz.io selfhosted on my server

ideally make the projects easily “addable” so its faster
possibly rewrite in react (if I have spare time)

The stuff that is actually done

there is actually stuff now
a beautiful popup animation with a beautiful blur (definitely not biased)

The first Devlog

actually started work on the portfolio now and its going well
I have the main structure of the page but still WIP cause nothing works (for now)
I got the site up and hosted on my server so anyone can find it on rakon.qzz.io

The plan:

add popups with the info for all the buttons
I would like to test out making some sort of animation for the background if I find a way how to implement that so it would work well
possibly try to rewrite the site in Tailwind/React
make it presentable
