added the first iteration of the homepage still need to add the first puzzels

after the review i updated the ui of the weather app and updated the readme i also translated some accidental dutch that i put in there

i used ai to add drawing to the map becouse i could not find how to do it online and ai gave really vage ansers so i had ai do it and it works really good also added an favicon in the browser

added all the basic functionality for the map incuding the expanding the closing and the icon

Weatherapp:

The weatherapp now actually works. it uses openmeteo to get the weatherforecast. it includes the windspeed, the gusts, the direction of the wind and the tempature. it goes up to 7 days. I still need to work on the design but it does function .

Mapapp:

I added a map to see where youre sailing. It uses openstreetmaps for the map. you can put in the place and it goes to that place. I want to add a way to draw on the map and I need to update the design a LOT!

The first background is done and I added the first outlines of a app. it does not yet have content in the app but it is almost ready to add content to app. it can already expand unexpand and is closable and openable i am still working on making it unexpand correctly.
