the cooler wayland clipboard manager, now with history, persistence, MIME type awareness, and file representation of clipboard contents

i got some free parts for my ender 3 (biqu h2 v2s extruder and bltouch) and now i have no choice but to upgrade it. goal is to have a printhead with the direct drive extruder, bltouch, and two 5015 part cooling fans
