ive just finished a small part of my project for web os 2.0 ive added the ability for the “Start menu” to close I plan on adding this to the desktop app version soon :yay:

I finished fixing the online webs version so it should be good nowww hopefully its better now (it has inconsistances that are out of my control that have to do with websites preventing me from using built in simulated windows)

the inital window dragging capability was something ive never had to code before this is actually my first time working with electron but I hope to do more with this! I think electron is capable of installing chrome extensions so I think those are installable aswell, multiple windows are draggable which is useful for multitasking when needed you can resize them in both the webos version and in the desktop client I do hope to build more in the future the source code is in the “anion.zip” folder if you wanna read it or something (I just noticed the bug where the buttons on the html version just open wikipedia I had Claude recompile the code I made into a single html so its probably more buggy but in the client it works normally (at least on Mac OS))

ive finished the final ui after like 2 hours ToT I still need a few more hours to hook everything up and then it should be ready for shipping!!

Published my very first version of aion its live on GitHub right now (only in Mac OS format as I use a Mac I will compile a exe version soon dw) I added a block list to block common ad associated domains

I finished the base of the whole project im doing via electron when im out of school it’ll be published considering how my school blocks github
