I built StudyBuddy Bot using Node.js and Slack Bolt. It includes three slash commands: /studybuddy-ping, /studybuddy-hello, and /studybuddy-fact.

The most challenging part was setting up Slack, GitHub, and connecting everything correctly. I'm proud that I got the bot working and responding to commands.

To test the project, use the slash commands in Slack and the bot will respond automatically.

Today I built my first Slack bot called StudyBuddy using Node.js and Slack Bolt.

I configured the Slack app, connected it to my workspace, and created slash commands including:

/studybuddy-ping
/studybuddy-hello
/studybuddy-fact

I also learned how to troubleshoot errors, manage environment variables, restart the bot, and test commands in Slack. I improved the responses of the bot and successfully got it running.
