Hey everyone! this is my project for the frictionless challenge.
So the context behind this project is that i have this habit of saving videos and articles that are really useful while also knowing that chances are i will never touch that video/article ever again (trust me i have 100+ bookmarks i need to “read/watch”) and having ADHD on top of that just adds to the problem
So my solution is to make a singular place where all of my saved videos and articles can exist and be visible in a dashboard sort of like an ingestion pipeline.
Some features planned include the following:
- A way to organise/Pin certain videos or articles to assign priority and many more ways to sort them
- Integrate AI to summarise videos or articles to save time
…and more!
Currently working on implementing yt-dlp to download videos and sort them according to either length or date added so they are watchable regardless of a internet connection.
For now it will be running on localhost for testing and playing around with certain features (plus a lot of debugging)
