I’ve decided on Frutiger-Tab! A Frutiger-Aero themed search tab.

Roadmap:

• Added an aesthetic design with subtle blurring
• Added a functional shortcuts system for four customisable shortcuts saved locally
• Add more wallpaper options
• Finalize usability and compatibility

Give it a go at Frutiger-Tab.

I still haven’t chosen a name for the project yet, but after an embarrassing amount of time (and unfortunately a bit of AI help) I finally have a functional basic search bar with the ability switch providers.

For search providers I chose:

• Ecosia (default)
• Startpage
• Brave search
• Qwant

These may change in the future but I plan to move onto adding widgets and other features first.

Finally completed The WebBook.

Attempting to design a webos that’s like a gothic pegboard/journal. Sort of inspired by Deathnote. As this is my first html project I will be focusing more on aesthetics and design than features. Super basic currently but splash screen is now functional and working on main page functionality now.
