I built my first Slack bot, Kunju, using Node.js and Slack Bolt. It has commands like /kunju-ping, /kunju-help, /kunju-catfact, and /kunju-joke. The challenging part was getting the bot working properly and deploying it on Nest. I’m proud that I got my first bot running 24/7. You can test the commands in the linked Slack channel.
