Most people find their way into AI through a curriculum. I found mine through a broken RC car and a Lamborghini tutorial on YouTube. Before I understood what machine learning was, I was already building — motors salvaged from scrap, circuits rewired on instinct, machines that actually moved. When I finally touched code, I already understood the most important thing: a system is only real if it runs.
I am a self-taught AI researcher and builder. I taught myself everything from first principles — no course told me what to work on. I published independent research on device-autonomous AI, SSRN and under peer review, launched a startup now serving paying customers, and have competed across national and international hackathons, consistently placing among the top competitors in every competition I have entered.

I made my personal portfolio website from scratch using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to showcase my projects, and a little bit about myself. It took me around 4 hours to build the site and fix all the bugs along the way. I started with a really basic HTML layout and gradually added the navigation bar, styling, dark mode, buttons, hover effects, and mobile responsiveness. The most challenging part was probably finding and fixing the small mistakes that were breaking different parts of the website, especially the mobile navigation. I’m proud that I built everything myself instead of using a template or website builder, and that I was able to take a basic page and turn it into something that actually feels like my own. To test it, you can explore the different sections, try the navigation, switch between light and dark mode, and check out the buttons and hover effects. It’s still a work in progress, and I’ll keep adding more projects and other things as I build them and learn new things.

Devlog#2

Spent another hour on the site and finally moved past the plain HTML stage.

Added the navbar, styled the main page, added dark mode, buttons, hover effects, and making it mobile friendly.

It finally looks like an actual website now. next i’ll work on the projects and research section.

Finally started working on my personal site! Built out the core HTML, got a simple header, a quick intro, linked my repos. Looks pretty basic right now without any styling, but CSS is up next!
