Hello there! I’ve doing some corrections to the game, it appeared to have some bugs due to the font I was using in some parts. Anyways, go and check it out!!

Hello there! I’m happy to comment that I’ve successfully finished all the style section of the index.html of the website. When I created the logo, I didn’t really thought about brand colors, but rather the core idea: getting to discover the questions that don’t let you sleep (that’s why the question mark from the magnifying glass). Well then, I thought about white, blueish and tealish colors to get the brand identity. Idk, it just felt right this time. Now, I’m thinking on starting to investigate about stuff that we use or see on our daily life, but we really don’t know how does it actually work. See ya!

ALIMENTAE
I built an interactive and responsive demo website for Alimentae, my food rescue initiative alongside my friends. The platform is divided into two files with multiple sections within both. On the one hand there’s the index.html which covers the general introduction to Alimentae, gives facts and stats, quotes and most importantly, a call to action section to invite the reader to take part. On the other hand, I developed the somos.html which focuses on introducing the team as it contains more detailed info about Alimentae’s creators. Finally, the last addition to the website ahs been the accion.html, which focuses on the merch of Alimentae (featuring hoddies, t-shirts and tote bags).

As with any project, there were challenges to overcome. I believe that the hardest challenge I had to overcome was managing to make the site easy to view regardless of the device being used. Secondly, making the navigation smooth and finally, establishing a clear visual hierarchy while maintaining the brand identity so it remained legible and appealing. With practice, it has become easier to overcome this challenges.

I’m really proud of creating a website which has a clear branding aesthetic and manages to give an interactive experience for anyone using it. Moreover, I believe I succesfully represented my project’s core ideas.

Finally, when opening the website you won’t need to do anything other than click the link. Hope you like it!

Hello there! So, I’ve managed to accomplish the final page of Alimentae. I did it quite fast considering I copied part of the code of the index and the somos.html. When I was working on it, at first I put all the products and all its ways of looking at them, but I didn’t like it. That’s when I thought, hey, what if I search for Gucci’s way of doing so. That’s what inspired me on doing the thing with the arrows in the section of gallery. As well, I kinda copied the same design of the cta of the index, but I managed to discover how to put it some movement. Check out the new changes. Hope you like it!

I created a game using Godot Engine, which I named “Will You Rush?”. Within it, you will find 2 mingames and a level 2 for one of them in order to finish the game.

Games
Once you start the game, you must win all games to win. Losing any of them because of time or a wrong answer will take you back to the title screen.

  • Game 1: Whack A Mole (Catch 20 moles in 15 seconds).
  • Game 2: Quiz (Answer math questions in less than 5 seconds).
  • Game 3: Whack A Mole 2 (Catch 20 moles in 10 seconds).

Features

  • Personalised title screen, game over screen, victory screen
  • Personalised sprites (e.g. moles)
  • Timer
  • Points

Hello there! So I kinda decide to change some things. Well, you know I was working on the action.html. Well, let’s say I keep working on it but with a new goal: merch. I’ve manage to make mockups of the products and start coding. See you!

Hello there! I’m so happy to announce you that after some hours of work, Will you Rush is finally finished. So, the game is divided into 2 minigames, but two levels. First, a whack a mole (20 moles in 15 s), then a math quiz (5s per question) and finally, level 2 : whack a mole (20 moles in 10s). Each part has a introduction card to explain the game. Moreover, if you lose, there’s a personalized game over with a try again to start the whole game again. Finally, if you are fast enough to rush the whole game, you will find a personalized victory card. All process of sprites and cards can be seen in Lapse. Hope you like it!

Hello there! So for starters, I’m creating a new website called “Wait, How Does That Work?” which aims to teach you how things you see in your daily life actually work. In short, I’m gonna learn what’s behind things and teach them to you on the website. Based on that, I made my logo drawing. Im gonna make it better later, but this is the general idea. Check out the process in Lapse! Hope you like it!

Hello there! I’ve just created my first minigame: Whack a Mole! Quite an experience considering I’m starting to learn how to use Godot, but look what I’ve got. I believe it isn’t that bad. I’m looking foward to make a thing that counts points and put somehow a timer. Hope you like it!

Hello there! So, I was thinking, what if I add something else to Alimentae’s site. I mean, there are 3 colours, blue for the index, white for the somos.html, but what about yellow? Inspired by that idea and my belief that I can make Alimentae much better, I decided to create the accion.html file. See you!

Hello there! I’ve been working on my second sprite for the game “Will You Rush?” When drawing the sprite, I took inspiration from Nintendo’s Super Mario Bros Pipes. See my timelapse on Lapse. See you!
