Template repo for easy building and testing!

One of the biggest issues with micros has always been the long and somewhat complex build toolchain which needed to be installed to start building images. I’ve finally decided the best solution, which is to create a template github repo which includes all the tools and build steps in one github action. This finally also gives me a demo URL to use for the project, which includes a way to configure and build images entirely in the browser, allowing testing using any VM tool which supports x86_64.
