A mathematical flood-modeling and route-planning project for Assam, currently focused on the Kopili River Basin. The Python workflow explores rainfall-runoff calculations, HAND-based flood mapping, gauge-assimilation examples, and road-network routing in an interactive dashboard. Dashboard data and alerts are demonstrations, not live forecasts or verified emergency guidance.
