My first slack bot!

forgot to link hackatime to vs code so it didnt track my timings
i managed to setup the basic bot such that it replies to basic commands such as the /ping command or /help command
i managed to add a additonal line of code so that it will reply to a larger variety of ‘conversation starter’ messages as seen above. e.g. the bot will be able to reply to ‘who ru’ or ‘who are you’ or ‘Who Are You’, not case sensitive. still working on it and finding ways to expand it tho.
