RC car with Bluetooth controls

Built my own 4-wheel Bluetooth robot car! 🤖🚗

I assembled this project using an Arduino Uno as the main brain, connected to an L298N motor driver to handle the power for all four DC gear motors. It runs on a pair of 18650 lithium-ion batteries, giving it plenty of power to drive around.

For control, I wired an HC-05 Bluetooth module to the Arduino’s serial pins. Now, I can send commands directly from my phone using a custom app to steer it around, control its speed, and change directions wirelessly!

Really fun build to put together from scratch from wiring up the circuit to writing the code that processes the incoming Bluetooth signals.
