The last mile is the hardest mile. Whether it’s a soldier in a trench without water for four days, or a village cut off by a landslide — critical cargo can’t reach the people who need it most. Every existing solution fails: parachutes destroy cargo, ground vehicles can’t access trenches, drone landings expose positions, convoys risk lives.
AeroDrop is a single-use, dart-shaped delivery container — cardboard shell, engineered internal cushioning — dropped from any drone. Aerodynamic geometry stabilizes descent. The cushioning absorbs 110–200G of impact. Water bottles, medicine, electronics arrive intact. No landing. No hovering.
