Building Codes

Since I want a few more hours to try to see if I can get a Framework 13 and Celeste, I decided it would be good to add all the nicities I did for my last CLI, leading-zero-util (I know, terribly named), namely, man file and completion generation.
On lzu, I used a hidden flag for completions and had a build.rs for the man page. However, I found it best to merge all of them into one hidden flag for ease of use. At first I tried a build.rs, but it kinda made dependencies annoying and made either my or lib users’ lives worse.
That’s it for now folks! Next I’ll be working on unit tests for ROM stuff.
