Parensal Issues

As I said in my last devlog, while working on compliance for joypad.rs, I realised that I needed to delete extra parentheses around operators with obvious precedence. After working on that file, I continued down the buffers open in Neovim, also correcting that issue in addition to the others.

Because I only caught it midway through, I have to complete a second pass of compliance editing. Fortunately, I have mini.surround installed, so deleting parentheses is really easy.
