v0.3.0

The dsc.archive version is now v0.3.0. Here is what has changed:

• Fixed an issue with options filtering where passing an object would incorrectly enable all options instead of enabling/disabling the selected options;
• Added package-lock.json to .gitignore;
• Added the .toJSON() function to convert saved messages to JSON and save them to a file (optional);
• Updated README.md with this new feature and added an even faster quick setup guide.
