Devlog #9 — Snip works again + a real Win+V popup

Had a nasty one after the last ship: stop a recording, hit snip, and the overlay would die or come back weird. Turned out a late cleanup from the recorder was parking a brand-new snip session. Fixed that, and made sure a broken dock hotkey can’t wipe snip/clipboard shortcuts anymore. Snip → record → snip again feels solid.

Also shipped the thing reviewers kept comparing us to. Ctrl+Shift+D (and Alt+C) now open a floating Win+V-style clipboard panel over whatever app you’re in — search, pin, clear all, click a card to paste. Not a resized vault window; an actual popup.
